Designing a Human Resources Appointment Model in an Armed Forces Organization (Commanders and Managers)
The purpose of the research is to design a pattern for the appointment of commanders and managers in an organization of the armed forces in order to overcome some of the challenges in this area. The method of this descriptive research is correlation and is defined as applied research in terms of purpose. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire that was validated through the reliability and reliability of Lowsheh coefficient and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of this study is executives and experts, and the sample size is obtained based on Cochran's formula. For model test, structural equations, correlation and factor analysis have been used. The results of the research indicate that the dimensions and factors of this research have direct effect on the appointment of commanders and directors and, finally, to improve the appointment of proposals
