Design of Structural-Interpretative Model (ISM) Reduction of Organizational Voice based on Meta-Synthesis Approach
The expression of ideas and ideas is an indispensable and indispensable decision of people in the workplace, but the point to consider is how best to use these capabilities to the best of their ability. In fact, one of the pitfalls of many of today's organizations is to reduce the participation of individuals in organizational decision-making due to the neglect of organizational voices. The Purpose of this research is Design of Structural-Interpretative Model (ISM) Reduction of Organizational Voice based on Meta-Synthesis Approach.
In this qualitative study, 16 human resources specialists from military universities and civilian universities participated. In a small section, 104 employees of Golestan police force were selected through simple random sampling and based on a matrix questionnaire for structural analysis -Teaching was studied. The results in the qualitative section showed that the three main factors of individual factors, organizational factors and management factors were identified as the main factors of reducing the voice of employees in the form of 16 sub-components and based on Delphi analysis, 10 sub-components were finally confirmed.
In the quantitative section, the two main components of organizational strategies and injustice in organizational structures as sub factors were organizational factors reducing the organizational soundness in police force of Golestan province, the most important factors were determined and the least effective factor related to lack of self-confidence as The individual factor was determined by the reduction of organizational vocal.
