Factors affecting the promotion of culture and identity work among employees of Traffic police (with emphasis on Parsons model)
The aim of this study was to identify factors affecting the promotion of culture and identity work among employees of Traffic police is using Parsons model of AGIL.

The data were collected through a questionnaire in order to confirm the reliability of the content and For reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated using the value of 0/91 . In this study was to test the hypothesis of Pearson correlation index was used. The study population of 683 persons, all employees of Traffic police that Cochran formula used for determining the sample size , Determine the sample size of 245 respondents were selected through stratified sampling.
The results of the study showed that among the components of individual factors - personal, occupational factors, economic factors, cultural factors and organizational factors are related to the identity of the work.
