Sustainable Neighborhood Development Approach in Mahabad City Case study of Ostad Majdii neighborhood

Ostad Majdi, a neighborhood with the history of the central core of Mahabad city. Of course, all the existing problems and conditions are unfavorable, with The focus of management and creative planners can be solved and resolved. The research method was descriptive and analytical. Data was collected through library studies and questionnaires, and finally analyzed and analyzed by SWOT model. According to the population living in the neighborhood of 700 people, according to the sample population, 300 questionnaires were distributed and 246 questionnaires were collected 82%, which was analyzed using the SWOT model and written in Come.
