Study of cultural-recreational use with emphasis on human development index (Case study of Khansar)

Recreational and cultural uses play a special role in the beauty of the city and the well-being of the people, and their proper distribution and placement in the neighborhoods of the city is of great importance for easier and faster access to the city of Vandan. The evaluation of recreational cultural uses is itself a sign of the level of development. In the present article, using cultural models of human development index, cultural-recreational uses have been discussed at the level of each neighborhood. And according to the model, the level of development of the city's neighborhoods was ranked. In these rankings, it was determined that all neighborhoods have differences in terms of cultural-recreational uses and these uses are not evenly distributed in the city. Neighborhoods 3, 6, 8 are at a high level of development and neighborhoods 9 and 10 are at a low level.
