The Strategic Plan of Science and Technology Diplomacy Based on the Wide Thay Discourse Discourse, the Prospective Document and the General Science and Technology Policies

Science and technology diplomacy in the current era is considered as one of the main tools for national interest in the field of international relations. Therefore, this field has always been considered by the Islamic Republic of Iran. In view of the above, the present study aims to present a strategic model of science diplomacy based on the theory of politics, the perspective document and the general policies of science and technology, and the three dimensions (goals, doctrines, and policies) as the basis of the orientation Content analysis method has been used. The statistical population of this study, the experts of the field of strategic management, are university professors specializing in the field of science and technology diplomacy. Instruments and data collection have been selected through the library's methodology of all opinions and documents related to the ideas, opinions, ideas, guidelines and policies of science and technology diplomacy along with the review of general science and technology policies and the twenty-year vision document. The results of this study are based on the elements of the orientation element for the purposes of the seven components and the 23 sub-components, the elements of the policy, the 4 components and the 12 sub-components and the pillar of the doctrine are 4 components and 25 sub-components.
