The survey on the effects of virtual training courses on promoting Naja manpower deputy employees performance
The aim of current research was tosurvey on the effects of virtual training courses on promoting Naja manpower deputy employees performance. This research was applied and the research method was descriptive-analytical. The sampling universe of this research consists of Naja manpower deputy employees who were participated in virtual training courses. The sample size included 137 people who were selected stratified random sampling method. The tool was researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of this research determines through content validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0/908 which calculated through Cronbachs Alpha formula. For analyzing research hypothesis, the researchers have been used inferential statistical method including one-sample t test and Freedman test. The results indicated that the main hypothesis of this research was confirmed, in other word, the virtual training of Naja manpower deputy employees has a significant effect on their performance which have been promoted by passing the virtual courses. The secondhypothesis of this research were confirmed, in other word, there was a significant relationship between virtual training and increasing employees knowledge and attitude and third hypothesis was rejected and virtual training has no significant relationship with skill dimension of employees. And also according to results of research tests, respectively the knowledge variable (3/401), attitude variable (3/290) and skill variable have the most effect on increasing Naja manpower deputy employees knowledge. The results of this research were aligned with internal and external researches results
