The survey on the relationship between organizational trust and employees effectiveness of police stations

Abstract:

today, the necessity of considering organizations on performance development,effectiveness and beneficiary satisfaction,especially in police organization is one of the most important principles and human resources as an important capital of organization has a major role on achieving to goals and organizational mission.This paper aims to recognize the relationship between organizatien trust and police stations employees effectiveness, the research method was descriptive-correlation and applied.The statistical universe of this research were all the MA students and phD candidates of police academy with different ranks and 148 people who have managerial background or job experience in police stations.The sampling method was random sampling method which 84 people were selected as a sample size. The tool of the research was Alonen,etal 46 questions standard questionnaire.The reliability was calculated by Cronbachs Alpha in SPSS software was 0/83 and validity of the questionnaie was confirmad by face validity.The reseachers used Spearman correlation coefficient, one-sample test, the results indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational trust dimensions and police stations employees effectiveness and the extent of correlation in testing main hypothesis was %892 ,so by establishing and developing dimensions and indicators of organizational trust in police stations, the employees effectiveness could be increased.
