Examining the New Dimensions of Security in the Supreme Leader's Discourse
In the 21st century, security is the most important demand of citizens from governments and managers. But the dimensions and face of security have changed dramatically. On the one hand, dimensions such as environmental security, cyber security, psychological security and bioterrorism have been added to the past dimensions of security. On the other hand, the new face of security has shifted from hardware to software, from fear of internal acceptance and trust, from statehood to citizenship, and from the geography of countries to regionalism and globalism. In this regard, the statements of the Supreme Leader in the context of security make sense. For this reason, concepts and topics such as software security, smart security, soft warfare and soft power, acting in the geography of other countries and colonialism have been expressed. In fact, the Supreme Leader's view in the age of globalization has been formulated in terms of internalizing security, feeling secure, accepting responsibility of the people, psychological security, regional security, comprehensive security, and intelligence.
