The sample size covered 128 public and private sector organizations and the 383 citizens. The statistical analysis of the data was done through SPSS and Amos Graphic software using the Variance- and Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The results of the research showed that strengthening of interpolation and inter agency collaboration can lead to strengthening of integrated urban management in the historical texture of Shiraz metropolis, and on the contrary, the decrease in collaboration leads to vertical and parallel management. Moreover, to achieve integrated urban governance based on good urban governance in the historical texture, the willingness of residents to participate in urban management should increase, and local capacity and institutionalization ought to be strengthened.
