The Model of the Effect of Organizational Architecture on De-bureaucracy (Case Study: Qom Municipality)
The present study seeks to provide a model for the effect of organizational architecture on de-bureaucracy. By examining the theoretical literature of organizational architecture variables, de-bureaucracy, the components of innovation were selected as the basis for designing the proposed model, and a questionnaire was designed to suit these variables. This research was conducted as a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The study population in the qualitative stage was of municipal managers and heads of universities and university professors and all employees and managers of Qom municipality. To estimate the appropriate sample size, Morgan table was used. Smart-PLS software was used to analyze the data. Delphi's results showed that the 35 extracted indices were of higher importance. The results obtained from the quantitative section showed that in the first model, the main axis of the organizational architecture model towards de-bureaucracy has a path coefficient of 0.632.
