Effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Professional Ethics of Managers in High Schools of Doroud City

This research aims on studying the effect of spiritual intelligence on professional ethics of managers in high schools of Doroud city. Methodology of this research is descriptive-surveying. Statistical population of this research includes all managers of high school in Dorud city with 76 members. Census method was used for the limitation of statistical population, and whole population was selected as a sample. Data collection tool was Emonz spiritual intelligence questionnaire (2000) and professional ethics questionnaire (Ghasemzadeh et al., 2014) whose reliability was obtained by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient 0.85 and 0.79, respectively. Single and multivariate regression coefficient was used to analyze data. Results of research showed that spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on professional ethics of managers in high schools of Dorud city (P=0.0001).
