Jihadi Management

An ideal Islamic society is the one in which there is production, but nobody is thinking of gathering wealth for his own sake.  Balance, justice and zero discrimination are basic principles of an Islamic society.  An economy which provides all the people with equal shares is the basis for constructing an Islamic society.  In an Islamic society, abnormalities decrease and normal behaviors take place.  Thinking, reflection, and research are the foundation of Jihadi management in organizations and companies.  Management based on general participation tried to ask all individuals to be involved in managing all affairs.  Today, managers have a common problem that is the high speed of change.  In the current decade, compared to the previous one, the speed of change, and transferring news and events has dramatically increased. The high speed of change makes the information outdated very quickly.  This causes high cost of information.  The way that managers cope with the rapid change depends on the nature of their occupation.  In general, the organizations which can not plan and implement a suitable information system will face serious problems.  The word Jihad means attempt and is often interpreted in a wrong way as fight and killing others.  Jihad is one of the minor principles of Islam.  The present paper is an attempt to review the dimensions and components of Jihadi management and show the differences between this type of management and types which are based on capitalism and highlight the kind of management which is based on Imam Khomeini's thoughts.
