The Relationship between Ethical Leadership and Organizational Commitment in the Administrative Units of the Melli Bank in Tehran.
This purpose of the paper was to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment of headquarters' staff of Melli Bank in Tehran. Ethical leadership includes ethical staff and ethical manager as its constructional aspects while organizational commitment is composed of three dimensions namely emotional, continuous and normative. The subjects included 330 staff members who were apprised by a questionnaire consisting of two parts. Localized version of 10-item ethical leadership questionnaire of Brown et al. as well as Mayer and Allen' standard 18-item questionnaire in Likert scale were used to collect the data. After applying SPSS software, the collected data were analyzed by correlation test method.Results of Spearman correlation test between ethical leadership and organizational commitment showed that there is a significant and direct relationship among the given variables.
