Evaluate the performance of faculty members in universities
Organizations are primarily designed to achieve goals that the degree of success in achieving these goals is directly related to the performance of employees, so the evaluation of employee performance has a special place in human resource management. Performance appraisal is done with the aim of relative recognition of the level of insight, expertise, knowledge, effort, improvement, improvement and excellence of human resources, which ultimately improves individual and organizational performance. Of course, a very important issue in performance appraisal is determining the appropriate indicators as a standard basis for performance appraisal. In many organizations, performance appraisal is performed, but because the metrics are not appropriate, the results obtained from these appraisals are not reliable. The organization is identified and then the basis for evaluation. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of faculty members in universities. Therefore, the research question is how to evaluate the performance of faculty members in universities? The research method is descriptive analytical.
