The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of talent management on succession breeding and self-efficacy of employees in Hamadan Province Industry, Mining and Trade Organization using descriptive and survey research method in the statistical population of the study including all employees of Hamadan Industry, Mining and Trade Organization equal to 230 people. Using simple random sampling method and Morgan table,the number of samples is 150. In this study, the questionnaire was the most important data collection tool and the standard Harris Foster questionnaire for talent management and the standard Selen questionnaire for succession and the standard questionnaire of Shamaeizadeh for self-efficacy were used. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics including frequency tables and bar graphs and histograms and distribution and inferential statistics including simple linear regression were used to test the hypotheses. Examination of hypothesis test results showed that all hypotheses have been accepted that in the three main hypotheses, employee talent management has an effect of 0.479 on employee succession, talent management has an effect of 0.397 on employee self-efficacy and employee self-efficacy has an effect on employee succession.
