Organizational Social Responsibility and Organizational Productivity(Case study: Noorabad Mamasani Oil Company)
The present age has been called the age of management, because it is quite obvious that any decision of the manager can change the fate of all institutions of society sooner or later in a hierarchical process. Therefore, one of the social issues and problems thathas attracted the attention of many experts and stakeholders in different societies in recent years is the lack of attention and adherence of organizations and managers to their duties and social responsibility, especially in our country. Due to special circumstances and the need for economic, cultural and economic development is more important. The productivity of an organization is in the group of sense of responsibility and commitment of employees. In this study we examined the social responsibility of organizations and organizational productivity and achieved the desired results. The software for data analysis is SPSS. Our statistical population has a total of 400 people. Due to the limited size of the statistical population, the Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. For 400 people in the statistical population, the sample size was estimated to be 200 people according to Morgan table. The sampling method used in this research is a simple random sampling method in which the company is referred to and questionnaires are distributed to employees who are available.
