Investigating the impact of knowledge management initiatives and human resource empowerment on talent management
Because our country has a very young population, and especially because of the economic needs of young people, organizations are faced with more employment options and a wider choice of applicants, one of the best ways to select from among applicants, in the first place to select them based on merit They are, but selection alone is not enough, and employees need training, which leads to increased productivity. Wherever there is talk of education, the concept of knowledge is subconsciously visualized in the mind. Sometimes, in order to increase the competitive advantage and increase the employees' interest in training, knowledge management initiatives are used, which of course can be one of the solutions to empower employees, but eventually as a result of these measures, we will see improved performance and increased productivity. In general, the purpose of this studyis to investigate the impact of knowledge management initiatives and staff empowerment on talent management. In this study, a questionnaire was used. The research method is descriptive and survey and the number of statistical sample is 30 employees of Shiraz Judicial Appeals Branches and simple random sampling method is used. The results show a significant relationship and impact of the top management dimension and information technology dimension on talent management. Based on the results, several generalsolutions are suggested: Trainings should be designed and implemented in the justice organization in accordance with the needs of employees and it should be considered that the exchange of successful work experiences of employees reduces the error rate and has good results. And it is the managers and they should provide a more suitable work environment for the employees. In addition, the orientation of the organization should always be accompanied by the technology process and it is also better to record all the statements of the client in all stages electronically
