Construction and Validation of a Scale responsible adult With an emphasis on Glasser's Choice Theory

Of these 240 samples, were selected by convenience sampling method and then distribute the questionnaire, content validity, reliability exploratory and confirmatory factor was used. The results of exploratory responsibility in the five components of self-worth, self-control, realism, commitment and self-named. The analysis also confirm the fit indices were relatively favorable. Cronbach's alpha was used to calculate the reliability responsibility scale that 0/91, for the first of 0/61, the second of 0/67, the third factor of 0/52, the fourth factor 0/82 and the fifth factor 0/75 respectively. Accordingly, the scale developed by the researchers is the responsibility of higher reliability.
