Future architectural strategies for military service
Optimal organization and allocation of conscripts as one of the most important tasks of the NAJA Public military Service Organization requires the adoption of forward-looking strategies; therefore, designing an operational method for formulating military service strategies in the future horizon is of great importance. The current research formulates and prioritizes the optimal strategies of military service in four stages. In this research, first, using the strategic management method, the SWOT matrix was used and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of military service were identified and they were then refined using expert opinions, and basic strategies were processed. In the second stage, using the combined AHP-SWOT model, the optimal strategies for military service were ranked and then, to select forward-looking strategies, new criteria were processed by experts. In the fourth stage, using fuzzy linear allocation programming (FLAP) in situations where there are disagreements among decision-makers, practical strategies were prioritized in 11 steps. The findings show that the two high-priority strategies are: 1. designing an intelligent allocation system; 2. efficient use of conscripts’ services. In fact, the results of this study will provide planners with appropriate solutions to decide on strategies and implement optimal military service plans properly. Finally, with the aim of strategic communication and based on the element of practical influence, plans have been proposed to implement the selected strategies.
