The reability of the Psychological Capital Questionnaire was 0.77 and the Human Resource Productivity Questionnaire was 0.88, which was estimated through Cronbach's alpha. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression, were used to analyze the data.
The results showed that there was significant relationship between productivity and psychological capital (r = 0.615 and p = 0.001). There is significant relationship between all components of psychological capital and employee productivity. The hope component (r = 0.411 and p = 0.001) has the highest correlation coefficient with productivity among the total components of psychological capital. The results of multiple regression also show that the components of psychological capital have the explanatory power of about 37% of employee productivity variance.
