Abstract:
Climate as a geographic phenomenon has an inextricable relationship with tourism and the development of tourism destinations. So that many of the world's major tourist destinations, is due to the favorable climate. The present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the trend of temperature changes in Qeshm and Kish Island in Hormozgan province and developing a timetable for tourism comfort climate using PET index and parametric and nonparametric trend tests on these islands. For this purpose, the average data of dry temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, steam pressure and daily cloudiness of 3 stations in Hormozgan province during the period of 23 years (1983-2016) were used. The results of the calendar showed that the best time period for the tourists on these islands is the months of January, February and December, in which the comfort conditions are in place. In addition, the results of statistical tests showed that the average temperature and maximum temperature in both stations were not trendy and the minimum temperature in Kish had only a decreasing trend in May.
