Discourse analyzing of equality in women’s job on the eleventh government

Abstract:
Equality is a challenging concept in women’s field and is produced in modern era. The event of modernity and the importance of Omanis and liberty motivate women to stand for their rights and created women’s movement. Since unequal conditions and women’s deprived from opportunities and facilities were known as the most important reason for their Inferiority, then equality has become the most request. Equality move its way to other country without paying attention to its underlying premises make conflict with internal culture. In Iranian society equality was most highlighted in Reformist government and now is pursuing in Etedal by Emphasizing in women’s job. Studying this process has been done by using Ruth Wodak’s Discourse Historical Approach. The results show that Etedal government follows to complete what has been undone and incomplete during reformist era. And emphasizing in women’s job is just a tool to archiving equality in western concept which will be soon a crucial step toward political position as equal as men have it.
