The Feasibility Study of Entrepreneurial Skills Education Based on KAB Model among the Students of Engineering Faculty of Ilam’s Universit
The purpose of this paper is to study the feasibility of entrepreneurial skills education according to KAB model among students of engineering faculty of Ilamchr('39')s university. Due to its purpose, the paper is an applied and due to its data collection method; it is a descriptive survey research. The statistical population is consisted of all 1053 engineering bachelor students of Ilamchr('39')s university at 2015-2016 academic year. 189 students were selected by stratified random sampling. For data collection, a questionnaire including; 45 questions according to Likert 5 point scale from the least =1 to the maximum =5, was used. Contents validity of questionnaire was cnfirmed. And stability of questionnaire was valued by Cronbach Alfa Coefficient equal to “0/90”. Findings showed the averages for readiness to provide skill education in the field of business skills based on KAB Model among the engineering studentchr('39')s of Ilamchr('39')s university as follows: students=2,32, professors= 2,27, curriculum= 1,91, and university infrastructures= 2,05 that are less than normal average. It shall be at least 3 from 5 (p<0/01). Since the entrepreneurship and business skills education is necessary for the entrepreneurship development in the country, so the researchers recommended higher education officials to develop and set up regular policy and programs for reinforcing much more entrepreneurship education and training courses so that higher education students can pass from “job seeking” to “entrepreneurship”.
