Designing a Model for Developing Skills Training in Cultural Organizations

In order to identify and design a model for developing training skills, mixed method has been used. Initially, using content analysis with inductive approach, 390 code concepts were extracted, coded in three stages, and finally in 71 main indexes, 15 dimensions and three components. Then, using three-step Delphi technique among 32 scientific and executive experts who conducted a snowball sampling. The results of this questionnaire were extracted from 47 items and distributed among the managers and educational experts of cultural organizations through a stratified sampling method, and 124 questionnaires were analyzed. The final model of the research was quantitatively tested through confirmatory factor analysis and redundancy criteria. The fitness criterion for the final model was 0.694, which is a good value. The content validity index in the quantitative phase is 78%, and the combination reliability and Cronbach's alpha, the components of the model are all more than 0.7, which indicates the validity and reliability of the research. According to the results, two indicators were also eliminated in the quantitative model. The final model of the development of skills training in cultural organizations at three levels of individual, an organizational group including the components of economic skill training, social skills training, technology education, and the teaching of political skills and cultural skills training was developed that was tailored to each individual proposal.
