Constructivism, Western modernity and foreign policy of Hashemi Rafsanjani's time

The purpose of the present article is to test the relationship between the "components of Western modernity" in the political culture of post-revolutionary Iran and the "foreign policy of Hashemi Rafsanjani's time." With the coming to power of Hashemi Rafsanjani's government and full mastery of the requirements of the time, it was concluded that the approach of pragmatism in foreign policy must be used to achieve the goals.
