Investigating the effects of total quality management on organizational performance
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of total quality management on organizational performance. The present study is applied in terms of purpose; and in terms of data collection and analysis, it is descriptive-correlation of field research. The statistical population includes all employees of the Yasouj Agricultural Jihad Organization, which is 361 people, and from the Morgan table, the sample size of 186 people was considered as the sample size. The sampling method in this study is stratified. To measure the variables, the standard questionnaires of comprehensive quality management derived from Madani (2009) (organizational performance derived from Goodarzi 2016), which has a Cronbach's alpha of about 0.84, has been obtained.Data analysis at two levels Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (univariate regression and structural equations) were performed. Data analysis was performed by SPSS software version 24 and Amos software. The present study showed that the variable of total quality management directly affects the performance in the organization The agricultural jihad of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces has an effect, and the general indicators show that the pattern fits well with the data, or in other words, it can be said that the collected data support the pattern well.
