THE ROLE OF ETHICS & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN EMPLOYEES' PERFORMANCE
The purpose of this research is the study of the role of ethics and social responsibilities in emplugees'performance. The statistical sample of this study was 134 tenured, contract and part time employees of Fars agriculture – Jihad that were choose by systematic random sampling. We used the survey as a research method and questionnaire as a tool of data gathering. Data analysis has been done with LISREL program and SPSS program in descriptive and inferential statistics levels.The study found positive and meaningful relationships between ethics, social responsibility and employees'performance. The results of stepwise regression model indicate that three variables have significant relationships with dependent variables. These variables include social responsibility, ethics and education. These factors can explain 65 percent variance of dependent variables (employees'performance) (R2=0/65). The mose effective variable is social responsibility in this study. According to path analysis the results showed that three variables have direct effect on employees' performance and also ethics and education variables have indirect effect on independent variable.
