Al-Mustafa Community (pbuh)and the training of elites in the style of the Islamic Revolution
The Islamic Revolution has gone through critical stages so far and has achieved some of its important goals during its evolutionary process; However, there is still a long way to go to reach the final goal, which is the foundation of the new Islamic civilization and the formation of the ummah and the Islamic world, and many preconditions and requirements must be met to achieve it. One of the basic prerequisites for achieving the ultimate goals of the Islamic Revolution is the training of elites who can lead the nation in the role of "Imam" and "leader" in order to lay the groundwork for the formation of Islamic civilization. The Al-Mustafa Society, (pbuh), is the most important scientific and theological institution of the country in the world, and the training of elites in the style of the Islamic Revolution forms its mission and fundamental goal. In this article, after explaining the role of elites in social developments, the basic characteristics of revolutionary-style elites that are essential to the "community of Mustafa (pbuh)" their growth and development in educational strategies and policies. Have taken care of themselves, have been explained, and since then some serious societal challenges in elite education have been analyzed. The method of this research is descriptiveanalytical.
