Information literacy, knowledge sharing and entrepreneurial capabilities of Qom University students
The aim of this paper is to determine the multiple relationship between Information literacy, Knowledge sharing, and Entrepreneurial Potential of Qom University students.
The research method is a descriptive and multivariate correlation. The statistical population includes all undergraduate and doctoral students (3476 people) of Qom University in the academic year of 2019-2020 and the sampling method is stratified-random. The sample size was 346 people according to Cochran's formula. Data were collected through questionnaires of information literacy of Solomon, Wilson& Taylor (2007), Knowledge Sharing of Van den Hooff & de Ridder, and Entrepreneurial Potential of Mirza Safi, Rajaipour & Jamshidian (2011). The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed using content validity and their reliability was calculated by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
There is a significant and multiple relationship between information literacy (Definition of information needs, information location, information evaluation, information organization, information exchange) and knowledge sharing (Knowledge donation and knowledge gathering) with students' entrepreneurial abilities.
Students with information literacy have the ability to understand and develop new ideas and play an effective role in knowledge production, transfer and exploitation and will play an effective role in developing entrepreneurial skills and activities for the development goals of society and the country.
