An Analysis of the Role of Organizational Culture in Developing Entrepreneurial Behavior in Small and Medium enterprise
Having entrepreneurial spirit and behavior for small and medium enterprises is essential and inevitable, in order to adapt to environmental conditions and changes. This behavior must be institutionalized within the heart of that organization's culture. This research is an applied and descriptive correlation study. The statistical population of this study is small and medium enterprise managers in Sanandaj, with the names of small and medium enterprises with 120 companies being announced by Sanandaj industrial partners. Based on the number of companies and the use of the Morgan table, 92 of the owners of these small and medium enterprise were randomly selected. In this study, the questionnaire was used to collect information. After completing the questionnaires, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software in two descriptive and inferential fields. The results show that organizational culture is related to entrepreneurial behaviors. However, managers of these businesses gave the most value to the fundamental values among the dimensions of organizational culture and also aimed at reversing the relationship with entrepreneurial behaviors.
