Provide and validating the model of factors affecting the selection of suppliers in the LARGET supply chain
The main purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the indicators affecting the Supplier’s selection in LARGT Supply Chain
data were collected in two stages (qualitative and quantitative) using the Sequential Exploratory method. Initially, through interviews with 11 experts who were selected by theoretical sampling method, Components were identified in the qualitative section, using the Delphi method, 18 panelists reached a consensus after 4 rounds.The validity of the qualitative part was also confirmed by Kendal coordination coefficient (k = 0.79) Quantitative data analysis method was implemented in two descriptive and inferential levels through SPSS and Lisrel software
Based on the findings of the qualitative stage of the questionnaire, a quantitative section was designed and after measuring the validity (factor) and reliability through the participation of 120 managers of Shahrekord food industry, 102 of them were selected by random sampling method Experts identified the key components in the form of 85 key concepts and 5 main criteria, which include: pure, "agile", resilience, green and sustainable talent, with the highest Friedman score of 44.72. And the lowest score is related to the "agile" criterion with a value of 40.65
The simultaneous use of these five approaches provides coverage of the weaknesses of the approaches.
