Abstract:

Historical contemplation shows that the main part of Imam Ali’s (PBUH) Life had been focused on serious defend and support of impotent and oppressed group of people which have no helper and shelter. The significance of this behavior is evident in both his governmental guidelines and his acceptance of sovereignty on condition of no tolerance for abuse and gluttony of oppressors and also starvation of oppressed people. Besides, the Women’s position in his theoretical philosophy and practical tradition has a historical ambiguity which has created several and some rejected speculations in religious societies. By expressing the importance of procedure and the authority of the word and deed of Imam (PBUH) among the Islamic nations, the author tries to process the features of Alavi’s Age, show the necessity to clarify his tradition about women and its classification, and examine the unity of prophetic tradition and Alavi’s custom in protecting impotent women. The author also mentions some examples of protective defense and concludes her historical-analytical discourse based on the critical method.
