Identifying the effect of business process management maturity on organizational resilience using the moderating role of organizational analytical capabilities

Most organizations operate in an environment where the business in question is subject to inevitable change. Therefore, in order to maintain a competitive advantage, organizations need to constantly adapt their business processes to the desired changes. The risky nature of business process management requires a careful examination of key factors and failures. The main purpose of this study is to identify the effect of business process management maturity on organizational resilience using the moderating role of organizational analytical capabilities. The statistical population in this study is the employees of Tehran Entrepreneur Bank, of which 108 were selected by simple random sampling. In terms of how to collect research data, the present study is a descriptive research, in terms of data collection, field research. Structural equation modeling and SPSS 23 and SMARTPLS3 software were used to analyze the data. The results of the present study indicate that the maturity of business process management has no effect on organizational resilience due to the moderating role of organizational analytical capabilities. Maturity of business process management has a positive effect on organizational resilience. Organizational analytical capabilities have a positive effect on organizational resilience.
