Qulitative study of situations, conditions, consequences of struggled capital in educational field

The present study try to explain that teacher’s compete and struggle for which capitals in educational field? And how do experience the conditions and consequences this competition and conflict. To reach the goal, conceptual framework was based on the ideas of Pierre Bourdieu. We used the Grounded Theory methods to gather and analyze data. The participants in research consists of teachers of Mashhad city that were selacted as sample 31 them by Using purposive sampling, theortical sampling and theoretical saturation and interview them. The results showed that the struggeled capital isn’t stable. As capital rotating at embodied cultural capital to nstitutionalized cultural capital is formed by economic-altitude problems, logic field, individual agents and documetalism in education field in Iran recently. The formation phenomen has caused that teachers’ experienced paradoxical consequences such as resolation of economic problems and reducing institutionalize habitus in education field. With due attention to there is reciprocal relationship between product field and consumption field, it is necessary that consequencis of capital rotating study and reform the challenge quickly in education field.
