Investigating the Relationship between Moral Behavior and Spirituality among Police Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of Hamadan Police Stations

ABSTRACT From the point of view of sociologists and many social thinkers, spirituality and moral behaviors are considered as one of the basic advantages in achieving success in organizations. Therefore, one of the basic strategies of law enforcement to develop order and security in the country is to promote and develop moral behavior in the NAJA. Therefore, our aim in this study is to investigate the role of spirituality in the workplace of police stations in Hamadan based on Milliman et al. And moral behavior is based on the model of Loser (2014) in three dimensions. The present study is a descriptive-correlational survey. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire including a questionnaire of spirituality in the workplace consisting of 12 items in three dimensions and the Loser Ethical Behavior Questionnaire (2014) with 12 items and three components. The results show that work with meaning 0.27, sense of correlation 0.43, alignment of values ​​0.63 and spirituality in the workplace 0.37 of the changes related to the ethical behavior of officers and non-commissioned officers of Hamadan police stations They see. Therefore, we conclude: spirituality and its dimensions in the workplace have a positive and significant effect on the moral behavior of officers and non-commissioned officers of Hamadan police stations
