Investigating The Effective Factors On Increasing The Effectiveness Of In-Service Training Of Employees (Case Study: Teachers Of Mehr City)
This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the effectiveness of in-service training of staff (case study: teachers) in Mehr. This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of nature and form of implementation. The statistical population of this study includes 044 teachers in the city of Mehr, of which a sample of 191 people has been selected using the Cochran's formula. In this study, standard in-service training effectiveness questionnaires were used to collect information to test hypotheses. These questionnaires are based on a five-point Likert scale. The validity of the research questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was also used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. Spss software was used to test the hypotheses. The results of this analysis showed that individual, organizational, and group factors have a positive and significant effect on increasing the effectiveness of in-service training of employees.
