Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the telecommuting of human resources with a meta-combined approach of various meta-study methods. In the present study, using the systematic review approach and qualitative meta-integration, the results and findings of previous researchers are analyzed and by performing weekly steps of Sandlowski and Barroso methods, the conceptual model of factors affecting teleworking of human resources is categorized. . Based on three-stage coding, these factors were analyzed and categorized into 3 main categories and 69 core codes. Kappa method was used to measure the reliability and quality control of the present study. The calculated kappa coefficient was equal to 06990, which is at the level of valid agreement. The results showed that the factors affecting telecommuting of human resources include; Structural factors were behavioral factors and contextual factors. . The use of digital tools will bring innumerable benefits to organizations, centers and institutions. Among the development of telecommuting in order to increase the power and strength of the organization in the optimal selection of labor at the community level and moving towards meritocracy, helping the reverse migration of individuals and managing the consumption of human resources, energy, time and space.
