Abstract:

What has always stood in the way of freedom as a barrier, and wherever it has manifested itself and given itself a name in order to restrict freedom and prevent the individual from moving in front of society and the state, is nothing but public order - in the sense of Its expander - has not been. Public order is used in both broad and narrow meanings. But most jurists accept its full generality. A generality that indicates its inclusion in all matters of public and private law and in any public place and to the general public. Public order is fed by both codified and non-codified sources. Its codified source is the laws and regulations of the subject and its non-codified sources include the legal principles and foundations of the cultural, social and political life of a society; Although it is not mentioned anywhere in the rules and regulations. Codified sources themselves, in most cases, have referred to non-codified sources in the form of references to custom and lack of examples. The category of public order is active in regulating the freedom of assembly and organization; Which is briefly discussed in this article.
