Measuring the Satisfaction of the Families of NAJA Martyrs with Veterans Affairs Services Based on the Indigenous Model (Case Study: Markazi Province Police Command)
What can be a basis for assuring the accuracy of the service sector is the provision of quality services and for this reason, many researchers have tried to provide a more effective measurement of service quality by providing different models.The purpose of this study was to measure the level of satisfaction of the families of martyrs of Naja with the services of the Police Command Officers' Affairs.
This study is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of implementation. The statistical population of the study consisted of 210 families of martyrs covered by the Police Command of Markazi Province and 142 of them were surveyed using a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha 0.92). The results showed that the overall satisfaction of martyrs' families with the sacrificial affairs of Markazi province was above average and relatively desirable. The highest level of satisfaction in the province is with the "service providers' performance." Satisfaction with 'material services', which includes both 'livelihood services' and 'welfare services', is second, and relatively less to 'spiritual services'. Therefore, to increase the satisfaction of families, it is important to pay attention to the spiritual aspect of services that have been neglected in most previous studies.
