Presenting a model of a comprehensive training system for employees of the Iranian Offshore Oil Company
The present study is a descriptive-correlational research. The data collection tool was a questionnaire (4 questionnaires) that had good validity and reliability. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of the Iranian Offshore Oil Company, whose number at the time of the study was estimated at 4874 people. . In this study, AMOS software version 24 was used to analyze the data. Findings of the research, while confirming the proposed research model, show that the principles of education, in addition to the direct effect, indirectly affect the principles of the learning organization through the educational process. Also, in addition to the direct effect, the education process indirectly affects the development of human resources through the principles of the learning organization, and the variable of the principles of education indirectly affects the development of human resources through the training process and the principles of the learning organization. The amount of direct effect of the principles of education on the principles of the learning organization is equal to (0.124) and the amount of indirect effect through the process of education is equal to (0.089). The amount of direct effect of the education process on human resource development is equal to (0.593) and the amount of indirect effect through the principles of learning organization is equal to (0.283). Also, the indirect effect of the principles of education on the development of human resources through the process of education and the principles of the learning organization is equal to (0.464).
