Identifying the dimensions and components of managing volunteer forces with the approach of religious order in the framework of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee
The present study aimed to identify the dimensions and components of volunteer force management within the framework of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee.
The research method was qualitative in terms of purpose and applied in terms of data type. The statistical sample of the study included 20 experts and human resources managers of the Relief Committee who were selected based on purposive sampling. The validity and reliability of the instrument were measured and approved using quality criteria (reliability) which were all approved The method of data analysis in the present study was theoretical coding.
The results of the study showed that the dimensions of volunteer force management within the framework of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee included the dimensions of leadership, carte blanche and organizational culture.
In the present study, it was stated that in order to manage the volunteer forces within the framework of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, special attention should always be paid to the type of leadership of these forces, participatory learning and adaptation. In this study, it was stated that without a doubt, the organization of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, plays its role in providing relief and help to the disabled and deprived people of the society, in a way that it can use informed and efficient groups of volunteer people who Truth is the core member, the core and the so-called soul of the organization to achieve its predetermined goals.
