Assessing the Level of Organizational Readiness to Implement Knowledge Management (Case study: a Military University)

In recent decades, many managers have understood the essential role of knowledge in gaining competitive advantage and pursuing strategic goals for the organization, and therefore knowledge management has become a competitive requirement in organizations. However, if the proper infrastructure for implementing such a process is not provided, then there will be no failure to waste resources. The main objective of this research is to measure the degree of organizational readiness for the implementation of KM in a military university. At first, related literature was reviewed, and then, based on a comprehensive conceptual model of factors, research was conducted. Finally, the level of readiness of these factors in a military university was assessed using the mean of a community test and the priority and priority of the preparedness of each factor was discussed. Based on the results, management was identified as the most effective structure in preparing for KM implementation. While the human resources factor is the most readiness and structure of the university, the least readiness is in implementing knowledge management in the studied university. The innovation of this research is that the model of this research is derived from the extensive study of knowledge management literature, and for the first time, after integrating different factors of knowledge management readiness, a special model is developed for assessing the readiness of knowledge management at a military university and in one The operational step of the research model has been measured and implemented.
