Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of sense of well-being in the impact of organizational culture on employee knowledge sharing behavior. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of this study was the staff of Bank Melli in Markazi province, which was a total of 720 people. The desired number of samples was obtained through the Cochran 250 formula. In order to collect research data, Chamg et al. (2016) questionnaire was used. The validity of the questionnaire was assessed by the apparent validity of the content (Lauche method). Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire questions separately. In this study, data analysis was performed through structural equation modeling using LISREL software. The findings showed that innovative organizational culture through employees 'sense of well-being on explicit knowledge sharing behavior with effect intensity (0.063) and innovative organizational culture through employees' sense of well-being on implicit knowledge sharing behavior with effect intensity ( 0.057) is effective. The results indicate that the type of organizational culture is very important in knowledge sharing. In other words, innovative organizational culture has a significant effect on the behavior of sharing tacit and explicit knowledge of employees through a sense of employee well-being. But bureaucratic organizational culture and supportive organizational culture do not affect the behavior of sharing explicit and implicit knowledge of employees through the mediating role of a sense of well-being.
