Investigating the Relationship between Participatory Management and Organizational Performance Mediated by Employees' Professional Ethics
Participatory management is one of the most important management approaches in the contemporary world and the system of accepting and reviewing suggestions is one of the basic mechanisms of this management method. The present study investigates the relationship between participatory management and organizational performance mediated by professional ethics.
This research was applied in terms of purpose and was descriptive in terms of method; The data required for this study were collected by the questionnaires of participatory management of Feizi et al. (2006), organizational performance of Hersey and Goldsmith (1989) and Kadozir (2002) professional ethics. The statistical population of this study included all employees in the Arak Education Department; 128 people were selected to answer the questions. In this study, content validity was used to determine validity and Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine reliability.
Ethical Considerations:
Participants completed the questionnaires with the knowledge of the research objectives.
In this study, inferential statistics method (using structural equation method) has been used to analyze the data, which has been done using Lisrel 8.8 software. The results have shown that participatory management has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through the mediation of professional ethics of employees.
Organizations can improve organizational performance by establishing participatory management system and strengthening professional ethics.
