The Analysis of ecological city theory criteria in high-rise buildings of Mashhad metropolitan
As one of the methods of building new cities, high-rise construction has been considered by city managers for maximum use of space and limited resources. This article aims to improve the quality of construction and reduce resource consumption in high-rise buildings in the southwestern part of Mashhad, to clarify the perspective of ecological thinking in the current situation. so, the theory of ecological city and HQE international standard means "high environmental quality", and using descriptive-analytical method, 14 micro-objectives in four groups of objectives "ecological construction", "ecological management", "comfort "and "health" in two main groups of external and internal environment are evaluated and the final score indicates the ecological condition of the building. Field observations, the completion of a questionnaire and interviews with managers, residents and a group of engineers show that almost none of the towers paid attention to ecological design principles, and a few cases of HQE standard and ecological city theory in this towers, not because of ecological thinking in construction, but because of providing comfort and well-being in distinguishing them from other buildings and making them more expensive to sell. Then, the research hypothesis that there is a possibility of no ecological thinking and perspective in the construction of high-rise buildings in Mashhad is confirmed. Therefore, the most important suggestions of this article are: familiarizing urban managers and then tower builders with the importance of ecological city and green architecture, preparing ecological design rules and regulations and applying incentive rules in towers that observe ecological design regulations.
