The Importance of Education in the Role of Nurses in Times of Crisis
Due to the importance of the crisis and the problems surrounding it, there is a need for an expert nurse, manager, practitioner and ethicist who can use his skills to treat patients and improve them. Therefore, in this review study, the importance and impact of education in achieving this has been investigated.
this article is a review article by using a regular search from library sources and valid electronic databases between 2010 and 2019, with keywords of education, nurse, crisis and nursing in crisis
The most areas in which a nurse should be trained in crisis are related to management, clinical, ethical and psychological. Due to the necessity and importance of these preparations, training must be done continuously by skilled and expert people in order to achieve appropriate results. Findings indicate that there is a direct relationship between education and nurse skills.
Discussion and Conclusion:
In order to increase readiness, we need to hold training courses and maneuvers so that individuals can reach their maximum performance and efficiency, and this will not be achieved unless government and public institutions are involved in its implementation. These trainings should be implemented on a large scale and periodically, and the role of universities, emergency services and the Red Crescent in the implementation of this program is much more prominent than other organs.
