The Assessment Effectiveness of Intrapreneurial Self-Capital on Career Commitment & Career Resilience of Students
Due to widespread changes in the world, work and activity have taken on a new form and are moving towards self-employment and self-employment, today. The aim of current study was to determine the effectiveness of Intrapreneurial Self-Capital on career commitment and career resilience undergraduate girl students of Hazrat-e Masoumeh University.
This quasi-experimental research is conducted with pre post-test design and control groups that according to the purpose of study, out of 700 undergraduate students, 30 were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to the experimental and control group (each group with 15 members).Members in each group were assessed before and after the intervention by demographic information questionnaire, Career Commitment Scale(Blau, 1985) & Career Resilience Scales (Straby, 2010) before and after intervention. In the experimental group, Intrapreneurial Self-Capital training sessions were conducted for 8 sessions, but the control group did not receive any intervention.
The result of Analysis of Covariance showed that at post-test, in career commitment & career resilience variable there is significant difference between means of experimental and control group (P<0/005).
Based on the findings of this study the authors of the survey conclude thatIntrapreneurial Self-Capital training is effective on increase career commitment & career resilience of students.
