This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method. The statistical population includes all clients of the crime prevention department of police stations (men and women) living in Kermanshah in a certain period of time, with whom they were interviewed and reached a theoretical saturation (25 people). Data analysis was performed through content analysis method using maxqda version 11 software.
The research findings show that the crime prevention department in police stations in terms of trust, accountability, reliability, empathy and maintaining appearance from the point of view of respondents face challenges that some Some of these challenges are related to senior managers, some to executives such as police chiefs, and some to staff.
The results of the investigation show that senior and executive managers should plan, change or modify processes and take motivational actions to address challenges and prevent a reduction in police social capital. Because in this case, the current challenges will be added.
