The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of social capital and organizational commitment on organizational performance with emphasis on Islamic work ethic
The applied research method is a descriptive survey that in the first step, using the opinions of experts, categories and components related to the research topic were identified and coded. The sample number was 15 experts with research experience in the field of social capital. Snowballs were selected. The interview process continued from experts to theoretical ghosts. The data collection tool is in-depth interviews. The validity and reliability of the research was confirmed by the participants based on the reliability, transferability, and generalizability with reality due to the participatory nature of the simultaneous .
Based on MICMAC analysis, the components in terms of influence and dependence taken by experts are as follows. The components (incentive of colleagues, harmony with the environment, justice, trustworthiness, work commitment, relationship dimension) are the booklet of autonomous components and the components (ability to perform the task, help the goals of the organization, transparent in performance, benevolence, fairness, patience , Structural dimension, emotional commitment, normative commitment, continuous commitment) are the booklet of connection or communication components. The component (performance evaluation) is a booklet of independent variables
Based on the research results, the most basic effective strategies in realizing the impact of social capital and organizational commitment on organizational performance were identified with emphasis on Islamic work ethic. And based on MICMAC analysis, the variables were classified according to the degree of influence and dependence taken by experts.
